Where do orders ship from?
Our US warehouse. Most orders leave within one business day and arrive in 2 to 5 days.
Is shipping free?
Yes on orders over $35. Below that, flat $4.95.
What is the return policy?
30 days, no questions. Start a return from your order confirmation email and we send a prepaid label.
Are the tools dishwasher safe?
Every one. Top rack recommended for the mandoline and egg slicer.
Do you offer a warranty?
One year against defects on every product. If it breaks under normal use, we replace it.
Can I still buy on Amazon?
Of course. The same products are on our Amazon store. Buying here gets you bundle pricing and first access to new tools.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. US only for now.
