Shipping

Orders ship from our US warehouse within one business day. Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $35 and a flat $4.95 below that. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves.

Returns

If a tool is not right for your kitchen, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be clean and in their original packaging. Start a return from your order confirmation email and we will send a prepaid label.

Exchanges

Want a different color? Place a new order for the one you want and return the original. We refund as soon as it scans in.

Damaged on arrival

Send a photo to our support team within 7 days and we ship a replacement immediately. No need to return the damaged item.
