One-year warranty
If it breaks under normal use, we replace it.
Every KNS Essentials product is covered for one year from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. That includes blades that dull prematurely, hinges that fail, suction bases that stop holding and towels that come apart at the seams.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in any component
- Rust or corrosion on stainless steel parts under normal care
- Broken handles, hinges, cranks or frames
What is not covered
- Normal wear, including blade dulling after extended use
- Damage from misuse, drops or commercial use
- Lost parts
How to claim
Email a photo and your order number to our support team. Most claims are approved the same day and a replacement ships within one business day.
